Working out with @apriloleary777 & her daughter Molly today! Molly asked what’s a good way to tone abs. When I broke down the moves & proper form, she was surprised that it was harder to go slower. In truth, relying on momentum to carry you through the motion takes the stress off of the muscles. When you slow down, you actually tighten the muscles more! #workout#absworkout #abdominalworkout
