Happiness, Weekly Update

Hi friend!

I just can’t sit still!  Check out my new weekly Facebook Live Interview show! I’ll talk to doctors, lawyers, scientists, financial experts, psychologists, athletes, and entertainers about their secrets to living a Rockin Life!  Last week I interviewed New York Times best-selling author Dr. David Friedman who talked about the food we should and should NOT eat for optimum health!

Learning / EducationalI’m always looking for healthy, happy life hacks The past few years I have been intensely working on being a better version of me, ie personal development. I have been studying the Bible, A Course in Miracles, the Enneagram, and working with a therapist. The more we reveal about who we are and why we make the choices we do, the better opportunity we have for growth, happiness, and health. We all make decisions that are fear-based as a result of our childhood. If, during adolescence, your parents were unavailable and you had to watch younger siblings often, you may feel more comfortable as an adult when you take on the role of caregiver. Perhaps you put the needs of others before your own and wonder why you’re not happy.
Maybe you were bullied or abused as a child, which conditioned you to distrust the motivation of others as an adult.
After recently discovering the Enneagram, I have become more awake and aware of my choices and judgment for myself and others.
I’d love to hear from you! Comment below if you’ve heard of the Enneagram or you’d like to learn how to be a happier, healthier version of yourself. Say hello to my (new) little friend! Her name is Coco! I grew up with German Shepherds but Ted never wanted one because they don’t hunt. Maybe Happy & Sadie will teach her! 🐾🐾 #germanshepherd #dogsrfamily #pets#doggymommy

Let’s go there. Just because you’ve forgiven someone it does not ALWAYS mean you have to have a continued relationship with them. (Anyone else feel bad, give the benefit of the doubt and then put ourselves right back to where we don’t want to be AGAIN 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️) .

I used to think that after you reached a certain age you can no longer wear cute styles. Certainly, there are some things women over 50 should not wear -like tight miniskirts. 😳
I love this Max Mara black and white dress because it is fitted on the top and free-flowing (forgiving) on the bottom. It came in handy when I was in Rome eating pizza and pasta every day! 😋🍕🍷
And in my book you can never go wrong with Manolo Blahnik heels 👠 or a Chanel cuff!
