We’ve discussed doing 20–30 minutes of moderate exercise during your Shake Days. Exercise helps boost metabolism, which aids your body in healthy fat burning. If you have not exercised regularly during the last few months, you may want to start exercising after you’ve completed your first if you haven’t exercised regularly it’s time to get started!
The flip side of exercising regularly is taking time to rest and rejuvenate after exercise. You should also nourish your body with water, protein and the healthy carbohydrates in the form of fruits and vegetables to help the body recover and prepare for the next exercise session.
