Day 1: Shake Day


I’m so very glad you’re here. Please know you can hit reply to any email I send you and ask questions. Also don’t forget Dr. Ina is on call should you want to speak with a doctor.  Her info is at the bottom of every page so you always have it handy.

This series of emails will follow along the 2-day cleanse for each of the first two weeks (seen on the left of the graphic below) as it is the most effective way to cleanse based on clinical trials.  You can opt to do one cleanse a week if that works better for you. It’s totally your choice! Here are the two differing schedules.

Your first two days on the 30-Day system will help prepare your body for your two Cleanse Days this week so you can get the best results from the 30-Day System. You’re beginning a process that will help you regain optimum health and maintain a healthy weight.

Today, you’ll drink two IsaLean® Shakes and eat one 400 to 600 calorie meal (best for lunch or dinner). You can also have up to two healthy snacks if necessary. Check your System Guide for additional snack suggestions.

Before starting, weigh yourself and take measurements so you have a starting point to track your progress. Record your numbers on your System Guide or in a journal; then put away your scale and tape measure for five days.

4 Special Tips to Start Your Journey off Strong!

1) Use a journal to track your experience on the 30-Day—what worked and what didn’t.

2) Take a few photos at the beginning of your health and weight loss journey to compare to the “new you” at various times throughout the system.

3) Drink at least half of your body weight in ounces of purified water throughout the day!

4) Moderate exercise (20 – 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise) is also recommended.
