Health & Fitness:
Anything and everything I can do to keep my body fit and toned in the least amount of time – I do!!! I mean, who has hours every day to work out? Not me, but I wish! It would be my dream to work out for 2 to 3 hours every day! Not going super hard, but maybe doing 45 minutes of cardio (zumba?), 30 minutes of weight training and 30+ minutes of yoga.
