WHY am I doing this? Just when I thought I was too old to do fitness videos, I received a life-changing email. It was one of those moments when God nudged me, big time. My Facebook & Instagram LIVE 10 Minute Workouts at 5:15 central Mondays & Wednesdays actually saved someone’s life. Here’s the story:

Ok this might not look picture perfect, but it tastes amazing! I had some leftover salmon and veggies from dinner last night with @amanda_helms88. Not enough for a meal so I toasted Ezekiel bread, smashed 1/2 an avocado on top, followed by baby spinach, then the salmon and veggies, evoo, salt & pepper.
