My son Rocco turned 27 last week! Wow! Seems like a long time, but it feels like just yesterday when he came into this world. It is so rewarding to watch him grow and inspire others through his music, acting, and yoga. Every day, my child inspires me to be a better person.

If you’re a parent, you know how I feel, right? Look at his cute curls as a baby in these pictures. Precious….

One of my favorite meals to eat is fresh Alaskan salmon with baby Romain lettuce, cucumber swirls, tomato, avocado, beets, and garlic infused vinaigrette. Plus, it’s even more special because it’s on a dish that I painted way back in 1997!
