    Hi Shemane,

    Long time since I’ve connected with you directly since the Women Empowerment group.

    I guess it’ll be a miracle if I get an answer today or as soon as possible from you, but it’s worth a try. After loosing just 14 lbs, and not working out like I was for about a month or so now, my face seems to have more wrinkles and also be sagging more. Besides starting up my workouts again, what do you recommend that I do to strengthen my facial muscles and correct my sagging skin. I’m thinking about finding a doctor or clinic that does facial procedures like face peels and etc. I want to choose the very best and quickest solution to tighten up my facial muscle and skin, but don’t want to get talked into procedures that are a waist of time and money. I live in Spring Branch, northwest of San Antonio, but am willing to drive long distance to see the best ‘facial’ doctor/therapist. Any and all suggestions welcomed! I’m 58 by the way, if that helps any thing.
